A multi state cooperative society earns profits out of the commercial transactions carried out to achier objects of the society and to lift the economic status of the members. The member’s society looks to the society for their share in the profits earned by the society. There are contributions towards cooperative education fund on distribution of profits to the members. These are very restrictions.

Besides own capital the cooperative society has also to borrow capital from time which includes loans, deposits and other borrowings of the society inkle' debentures subscribed and paid up. A co-operative society can receive from non-mesa deposits, loans and advances unto a certain limit.

1. Where the whole of the assets and liabilities of the different types of cooperative societies are transferred to another multi state cooperative society in accordance with the provisions of section 14, the registration of the first cooperative society shall stand cancelled and the society shall be deemed to have been  dissolved and shall cease to exist as a corporate body. 

Cooperative society is a movement in our country which shall not only stay but also grow in times to come. In spite of the drawbacks experienced in the working and amine station of the co-operative societies, they have positively contributed to the growth and development of the national economy. Promotion of thrift, self-help and mutual aid are the fundamental principles of cooperative. 

(I) Any multi state cooperative society may by a resolution passed at general meeting by a majority of members promoting one or more subsidiary institutions, which may be registered under time being in force, for the furtherance of its stated objects. (2) Any subsidiary institution promoted under sub-section (1) shall exits only as long as general body of the multi state society deems its existence necessary.
