1. Where the whole of the assets and liabilities of the different types of cooperative societies are transferred to another multi state cooperative society in accordance with the provisions of section 14, the registration of the first cooperative society shall stand cancelled and the society shall be deemed to have been  dissolved and shall cease to exist as a corporate body.

2.  Amalgamation - Amalgamation refers to the merger or consolidation of two or more multi-state cooperative societies into a single entity. It is a voluntary process where the participating societies decide to unite their resources, assets, and operations to form a new, larger cooperative society. The purpose of amalgamation is to achieve economies of scale, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall performance of the societies involved. Where two or more multi state cooperative societies are amalgamated into a new cooperative society in accordance with the provisions of section 14, the license of each of the amalgamating societies shall stand cancelled on the registration of the new society and each society shall deemed to have been dissolved and shall cease to exist as a corporate body.

3. Division - Division, as the name suggests, refers to the process of dividing a multi-state cooperative society into two or more separate societies. This can be done for various reasons, such as addressing internal conflicts, streamlining operations, or accommodating different objectives pursued by different sections of members. Where a cooperative society dividies itself into two or more cooperative societies in accordance with the provisions of section 14, the registration of that society shall stand cancelled on the registration of the new societies and the society shall be deemed to have been dissolved and shall cease to exist as a corporate body.

It's important to note that both amalgamation and division processes must comply with the legal framework and regulations governing cooperative societies in the respective states involved in the process.
