These rules may be called the rules for functioning of multi state cooperative society :- These rules shall come into force on the date of their public the official Gazette. Provisions of Rule 1 are identical to provisions of Rule 1 of cooperative societies (Registration, Membership, Direction Settlement of Disputes, Appeal & Revision) Rules, multi state cooperative society (Privileges, Properties & Funds, Account Winding Up & Execution decrees, Orders Decisions) is only in respect to name of the rules.
