(a) Any Government company as defined in multi state cooperative society Act (b) such class or classes of persons or association of persons a permitted by the Central Registrar having regard to the name activities of a multi state cooperative society.(2) Such number of individuals possessing such qualifications and disqualifications of auditors prescribed may be admitted as members of the National cooperative of India Limited, New Delhi. (3) Save as otherwise provided in sub-section (2) and not where any thing contained in sub-section (1), no individual shall be admission as a member of a national cooperative society. (4) Any person eligible for membership of a multi state cooperative society may, on his application, be admitted as a member by such  (5) Every application for admission as a member of a cooperative society shall be disposed of by such society within a months from the date of receipt of the application and the decision on the application shall be communicated to the applies fifteen days from the date of such decision Provided that if the application is not disposed of within aforesaid, or the decision is not communicated within a fifteen days of the expiry of the aforesaid period of four me multi state cooperative society shall be deemed to decision, on the date of expiry of such period, refusing the applicant. (6) Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, the Government may, having regard to the fact that the interest of any toe class of persons conflicts or is likely to conflict with the objects of a cooperative society or class of Multi State Cooperative Society general or special order published in the Official Gazette, declare person or class of persons engaged in or carrying on any profession or employment shall be disqualified from being admitted, or for as members or shall be eligible for membership only to a limited time period in the multi state cooperative society as specified under Multi State Cooperative Society Rules or class of multi state society so long as such person or persons are engaged in that profession business or employment .The term bailment is derived from the French bailer, "to deliver." It is generally considered to be a contractual relationship since the bailer and bailer, either expressly or impliedly, bind them to act according to particular terms. The bailer receives only control or possession of the property while the bailer retains the ownership interests in it during the specific period a exists, the interest in the property is superior to that of all others, including the bailer, unless the violates some term of the agreement in cooperative society . Once the purpose for which the property has been delivered has been accomplished, the property will be returned to the bailer or otherwise disposed of pursuant to the bailers directions.
