The main motto of the credit cooperative society is to work towards promoting tendency of savings. In the present scenario when people tend towards 'EARN AND BURN', it is very important to have tendency of savings for developing self sufficiency in finance at individual and social level as well. Let us rebuild nation's glory of the time when it used to be called 'Golden Bird' by promoting savings at village level. The registrar of co-operative societies is working in this direction with a feeling that it our social responsibility. To motivate maximum number of people for savings, the society has fixed higher rate of interest on deposits and investors are able to get good profit. The state government is trying to replicate the success of Bangladeshi banker and Nobel peace prize winner Muhammad Yens extending micro credit to street vendors. I was not expecting such kind of services from a prestigious brand like you and your services has made me disappointed to a great extent as my hard earned money has gone into it. As a consequence of your deficient cooperative service and the repeated incompetence displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that Society is not a personal institution owned by an individual but is a fully democratic organization managed by the ‘Board of Directors’ who are elected by the members of the society in the Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors take decisions unanimously with total transparency. More so, the Department of Co-operative of the Central Government constantly reviews the functioning of the society at regular intervals.
