(a) A copy of any entry in a book of a multi state cooperative society kept in the course of its business shall be certified by the Chief cooperative or officer authorized by the bye-laws of the society. (b) Where an order has been passed under superseding the appointing an administrator, by administrator or any other officer. (c) Where an order has been passed under sub-section (1) noting a liquidator of the multi state society by the liquidator. (2) Every certified copy shall bear the signature of the Chief Executive Director or authorized officer and seal of the cooperative society. (3) The charges to be levied for the supply of such certified copies shall provided in the bye-laws of such a multi state cooperative society. In such a provision in the bye-laws of a multi state society a charge of Rupees Two per folio shall be levied. Multi State cooperative societies is corresponding of multi state cooperative societies (Privileges, Properties Funds, Audit, Winding Up & Execution of Decrees, Orders & Decisions) . 1985. There is change in heading of the rule. Earlier heading was Certifying and Entries in Books. There is one insertion in multi state societies • 2002, which is as follows multi state cooperative society new insertion which provides for charges to be levied for supply of copies addition to above insertion, there are following changes in cooperative societies Rules, Provisions of sub-rule of multi state cooperative societies and sub-rule multi state cooperative societies (Privileges, Properties & Funds, Accounts, Audit, Up & Execution of Decrees, Orders & Decisions) However, there is language change and change in pro forma credit cooperative society bull; (Privileges, Properties Funds, Accounts, Audit, Execution of Decrees, Orders & Decisions) mentioned that certified copy shall bear seal of cooperative society. But under sub-rule multi state cooperative society Rules, 2002 it is provided that Certification. Shall also bear the signature of the Chief Executive. Besides the above insertion and changes, there is no other material this rule pertains to certification of copies of entries in the multi state cooperative society. It has been provided that the entry in the inspection Books of Indebted multi state cooperative societies, the society shall be certified by the Chief Executive officer authorized by the bye-laws. In case of super session of appointment of administrator, it will be certified by the administrate other officer authorized by him. In the circumstances of winding society, the liquidator of the society shall certify the copy of entry in the society. The charges for supply of such certified copies shall be as per bye-laws or otherwise a charge of Rupees Two per folio as per the rules of regulations of cooperative society.
