The purpose of an appeal against any order shall be made by cooperative society if the decision or order was made by the Central Registrar appointed under sub-section (1) the Act, to the officer not below the rank of Additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Cooperation as may be decided by any officer of the Central Government or of a state Government of the rank of Registrar, on whom powers of the Central Registrar have been conferred under sub-section (2) the Act, to the Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Agriculture and cooperation, in-charge of cooperation any other officer of the State Government on whom powers of Central Registrar have been conferred under sub-section (2) the Act, to the Chief Director (cooperation) in the Ministry of Agriculture and cooperation or any other officer authorized by the Central Government in this behalf of multi state cooperative society Rules, 2002 is corresponding to multi state cooperative Society (Registration, Membership, Direction, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1985. Changes in multi state societies Rules pct to persons against whose decision or order an appeal can be  cooperative societies Rules, 2002 some orates have been included. This rule pertains to appeals against the decision or order of the Registrar or any officer of the Central Government or of a State Government the rank of Registrar. On whom powers of the Central Registrar have conferred under sub-section (2) the Act. In the above two the appeals shall be made to the officer not below the rank of Add Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation as decided by the Central Government and Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of agriculture and cooperative who is in charge of cooperation respectively. Appeal against any decision made by any other officer of the State Government on whom powers of Registrar have been conferred to the Chief Director Cooperation ministry of agriculture and cooperation or any other officer of the Central Government in this behalf.
