(l) If in the course of an audit, inquiry, inspection or the winding up of a Multi State Cooperative Society, it is found that any person, who is or was entrusted with the organization or management of such society or who is or has at any time been an officer or an employee of the society, has made any payment contrary to Multi state cooperative societies act, 2002 or the bye-laws or has caused any deficiency in the assets of the society by

(l) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, if any dispute touching the constitution, management or business of a Multi State cooperative society arises (a) among members, liability of Past Member and Estate of Deceased Member and persons claiming through members, past members and deceased members, or (b) between a member, past member and persons claiming through a member, past member or de

The following disputes shall be deemed to be disputes touching the constitution, Maintenance of Registration File by the Society or business of a Multi state cooperative society namely:-
(a) a claim by the multi state cooperative societies for any debt or demand due to it from a member or the nominee, heirs or legal representatives of a deceased member, whether such debt or demand be admitted or not;

Liquidator for multi state cooperative society:
(1) Where the Central Registrar has made an order for the winding up of a Multi State cooperative society, the Central Registrar and Registrar of Societies may appoint a liquidator for the purpose and fix his remuneration.

Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in any law relating to cooperative societies in force in a State, a Multi State Cooperative Society , not being a co-operative bank, may open branches or places of business in any place in India.
