(1) Subject to any rules made in this behalf, the whole of the multi state cooperative society in respect of which an order for has been made, shall vest in the liquidator appointed under Section the date on which the order takes effect and the liquidator shall have to realize such assets by sale or otherwise.

Such Election of Members of Board shall take place after all other matters included in the agenda been considered. For the conduct of elections, the returning officer shall preside the meeting. (f) The notice of the general meeting shall be sent to the members by any following modes, namely: - (i) by local delivery or (ii) by registered post.

Procedure in proceedings before Central Registrar.-(l) A reference to the Central Registrar of any dispute under shall be in writing. Every such reference shall be accompanied with a fee of rupees ten for the money claims not exceeding rupees one thousand and rupees fifty in all other cases in Settlement of disputes for cooperative society.

Constitution of smaller general body.-(l) without prejudice to the provision of sub-section (3) a Multi State Society with a membership exceeding one thousand may provide in its bye-laws for the constitution of a smaller general body. (2) The bye-laws of such society may specify the principle or the basis constitution of a representative general body and procedures thereto.
