The general body meeting shall have a specific item on the agenda with regards to fixation of the maximum credit limit. Ensuring that in the said Special General Body Meeting, a quorum of the members is required for any type of society or credit cooperative society. If there is no quorum, the meeting shall be adjourned for half an hour and will be held at the same place after half an hour without any quorum, A n this effect may be given in the agenda notice of the Special General Body however, no quorum is required for an adjourned reheating. When the Registrar registers an amendment of Bye-Laws, he shall return to the Cooperative a copy of the old Bye-Laws duly corrected and attested by him, together with a registration certificate of multi state cooperative society of the amendment in Form . A copy of the resolution and a copy of the proposed amendment shall be retained by the Registrar in his office with the old Bye-Laws which shall be duly corrected in cooperative societies.
