The registration certificate of multi state cooperative society issued by the registrar is conclusive proof of the far, the multi state cooperative society therein mentioned has been duly registered under this Act. Effect of incorporation of a society is that it becomes a separate entity, having existence apart from its members. The society should commence working within months of the date of registration. Governor may exempt any society or class of societies from any of the relating to registration. This exemption may be subject to certain conditions the Lt. Governor gesturer may refuse to register a multi state society if he is not satisfied about the provisions of the Act or for some other reasons. Aims and objects of the cooperative societies are similar to those of a multi state society already satisfactorily functioning in that area. The members of the proposed cooperative society do not reside within the area of operation except where the residence outside the area of operation is permitted. Members of the proposed society are drawn from the heterogeneous emends area of operation of the proposed cooperative society extends to a manageable area.
