He asks the promoters and gives them reasonable time not exceeding one month to modify proposed bye-laws before final disposal. The Registrar has to dispose of the application within three months from the receipt of the application and if he fails to do so he may send a report to the stating reason for his inability to dispose of the application within the prescribed time. Governor may grant him a further period of three months for disposal of application Registration the Registrar may finally accept the application for registration and order register of the society and its bye-laws if he is satisfied. (a) that the application complies with the provisions of the Act and the rules; (b) objects of the proposed society are to promote the economic interests of members in accordance with the cooperative principles or for facilitating operation of any other cooperative society; (c) the proposed bye-laws are not contrary to the provisions of the Act arid the Rat and (d) the proposed society has reasonable chances of success. If the bye-laws are contrary to the provisions of the Act then the registration validate the bye-laws. A bye-law which differs materially from the Act should enforce. The registration of the society is then notified in the Official Gazette and a of Registration is issued to the Society in the Rules. This certificate is by the Registrar and carries official seal. The Certificate and the laws are sent to the society by registered post or are delivered by hand to any person of the society.
