(1) The Chief Executive may, at any time of multi state cooperative society on the direction of the board, a special general meeting of the society and shall call such meeting within month after the receipt of a requisition in writing from the Central sitar or from such member or members or a proportion of the total robber of members, as may be provided in the bye-laws. (2) If a special general meeting of a multi state society is not in accordance with the requisition referred to in sub-section (1), the trial Registrar or any person authorized by him in this behalf shall have the call such meeting and that meeting shall be deemed to be a meeting by the Chief Executive in accordance with the provisions of that sub it Central Registrar may order that the expenditure incurred in such meeting shall be paid out of the funds of the society or by such Jan or persons who, in the opinion of the Central Registrar, was or were omissible for the refusal or failure to convene the special general meeting. Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules, there shall be a board erectors for every multi state cooperative societies consisting of such of members as may be provided for under the bye-laws. Fourteen clear days Notice of the first general body meeting of the Society shall be given by the Chief Promoter of the Society or as the case may be, by the officer authorized by the Registering Authority, to all the promoters, who have signed the application for registration multi state society. If all the business on the agenda of the general body meeting of the Society cannot be transacted on the day on which the general body meting is held, the meeting shall be postponed to any other suitable date, not later than 30 days from the date of the meeting as may be decided by the members present at the meeting. The Chairman of the society shall preside over all general body meetings of the society, provided that if the Chairman is absent or if present is unwilling to preside, the members present may elect a person is unwilling to preside, the members present may elect a person from amongst themselves to preside over it cooperative society.
