(1) Every multi state cooperative society existing immediately before commencement of this Act which has been registered under the cooperative society Act under any other Act relating to cooperative societies in force, in any state or in pursuance of the provisions of multi state cooperative society Act, deemed to registered under the corresponding provisions of this Act, and the bye of such society shall, insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions this Act, or the rules, continue to be in force until altered or rescinded. (2) All appointments, rules and orders made, all notifications and notices used and all suits and other proceedings inspection of auditor's report on multi state cooperative society under any of the Acts erred to in sub-section (1) shall, insofar as they are not inconsistent with the visions of this Act, be deemed to have been respectively made, issued and intuited under this Act, save that an order made canceling the registration a multi state cooperative society shall be deemed, unless the society has easy been finally liquidated, to be an order made under  for its being wound up. The Central Registrar shall audit, or cause to be audited by a person authorized by him by general or special order in writing in this behalf, the accounts of every multi state cooperative society at least once in each year. The Government of India has formed rules to ensure the security of the deposits with credit cooperative societies and it is mandatory by law for all registered societies to cooperative within those regulatory acts. According to these rules, any cooperative society is to have minimum 10% investment in share market and their own funds. Bhatia credit cooperative society follows all existing parameters of fund sufficiency those formed by Government of India. The accounts of society are subject to audit by audit department and audit reports are then submitted to registrar office for their governance. Every person admitted as member shall be entitled to receive a share certificate gratis stating the number of share/s and their distinctive number/s. The share certificates shall be signed by the Chairman or any director duly authorized and by the Chief Executive. The share certificate shall bear the name, registered address and registration number of the cooperative society.
