The Central Registrar refuses to register an amendment of bye laws of multi state cooperative society by communicating the order of refusal together with the reasons therefore to the active of cooperative society, through registered post. The manner of communication of the order of refusal under shall be conclusive proof that the amendments of bye-laws have been and communicated to the society. The multi state cooperative societies Act, 2002 is corresponding to all the types of cooperative whether it is credit cooperative society (Registration, Membership, Management, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal & Revision) Rules. new insertion in the rules which provides that the manner of communication of the order of refusal shall be conclusive proof that amendment of bye laws of a multi state cooperative society have been refused and communicated to society .addition to above insertion, there are following changes There is change in sequence of sub-rules. Sub-rule multi state society Rules, 2002 is corresponding to sub-rule of credit cooperative society (Registration, Membership, Direction & Management, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1985. Under sub-rule of multi state cooperative society (Registration, Membership, Direction & Management, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal Revision) it was provided that communication was to be made within days from the date of order of refusal. But under sub-rule multi state society Rules, 2002 no such period has been made. cooperative societies (Registration, Membership, Direction & Management, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1985 have been deleted.
