The Central Government may by notification, make rules to carry vision of this multi state cooperative society. In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the power such rules may provide for all or any of the following namely (a) the form to be used the particulars to be given and the conditions to be complied with in the making of applications under for the registration of a multi state society and the procedure in the matter of such applications(b) the matters in respect of which a multi state society may make bye-laws under sub-section (c) the manner in which the order of refusal to register any amendment of the bye-laws shall be communicated under sub-section (d) the manner in which a cooperative society shall have a principal place of business and registered address under (e) the procedure and conditions for change in the extent of the liability of a society under Section (f) the manner in which order of refusal to register of bye-laws shall be communicated under sub-section (g) the classification of federal cooperative and other conditions applicable to it under sub-section (3) of section (h) the restriction on holding the share capital of the member referred to in (i) the constitution and powers of smaller body represent general body under the proviso to sub-section (1) of Sect the period within which annual general meeting be and the procedure at such meetings and the power exercised by such meeting under (k) the election of members of the Board under sub-section through secret ballot (1) the nomination of members under the second proviso (m) the additional measures and acts which may be the case may be, done by the Board under (n) the salary and allowances payable to and other conditions of the Chief Executive under (0) the conditions subject to which the Board may cons Executive Committee and other committees or sub under sub-section (p) the persons by whom and the form in which copies in books of multi state cooperative societies may under and the charges to be levied for such copies (q) providing aid to multi state societies terms and conditions under clause (r) the conditions under which profits may be distributed members of a cooperative society maximum rate of dividend which may be paid by credit cooperative society under (s) establishment of contributory provident fund in the power to remove difficulties in credit cooperative society of the section (t) the manner of disposing of the surplus under sub-section (u) the manner in which surplus assets be divided by the Registrar with the previous sanction of the Government under.
