Central Registrar of multi state cooperative society or the arbitrator or any person authorized by him in this behalf shall be deemed, when exercising any powers under the recovery of any amount by the attachment and sale or by sale attachment of any property, or when passing any orders on any on made to him for such recovery or for taking a step-in-aid of such to be a civil court for the purposes of Article 136 of the Schedule to the 2002 Act is corresponding to section 88 of the multi state cooperative society Act, 1984 Act. Limitation Act provides that the maximum period of  the execution of a decree or order of any civil court shall be the date when the decree or order became enforceable which is the date of the decree or order, or where the decree of court or order directs any payment of money or the delivery of any property at the certain date or at recurring proceeds, from the date of the making the payment or the delivery in respect of which the applicant execute the decree or order cooperative society.
