Cooperative society registration

The multi state cooperative society registration in which this Act applies registered before commencement of Act(l) A cooperative society to this Act applies which has been registered in any under the law relating to cooperative society in force in that shall be deemed in any other to which its objects extend to be duly registered in that other under the law there in force relating to multi state cooperative society, but shall, save as provided in sub-sections be subject lord an the purposes of registration, control and solution to the law relating to cooperative societies in force for the time being in the actually registered. A society which might, if its objects were confined to one be registered as a multi state cooperative society in any under the law relating to cooperative societies in force in that shall not with tending that its objects are not confined to the State in which its principal place of business is to be situated, be deemed for the purposes of registration as a cooperative society to be situated wholly in that may be the registrar of cooperative societies.
