Any multi state cooperative society person appointed as liquidator under the provisions of this shall be deemed tobea public servant within the meaning of Indian Penal Code Provisions of the 2002 Act are word to word same identical to the 1984 Act. Persons falling under any of the above descriptions are public servants there appointed by the government or not. Wherever the words occur, they shall be understood of every person who is in actual of the situation of a public servant, whatever legal effect there may his right to hold that situation.
