Central Registrar of multi state cooperative society in Delhi

Biscomaun represented a strong appeal to Central Registrar to grant multi state cooperative society status to Biscomaun.

Central Registrar rejected his petition on the ground of an enquiry wherein it was found that Biscomaun has operations confined to only 2 states and hence cannot be given the status of multi state credit cooperative society

Biscomaun’s  candidature was also rejected as NGO from state government. Central Registrar cited this as a must for consideration of petition. It is good time that you shall see the content on restriction on contribution.

There were other reasons behind the rejection by the Central Registrar. The Chairman of Biscomaun reportedly did not seek AGM approval of the petition before putting it in front of Central Registrar in cooperative society.
