According a copy of any entry in a book of a multi state cooperative society kept in the course of its business is to be certified by the Chief or officer authorized by the bye-laws of the society. Where an order 2en passed under Section 123 superseding the Board and appointing an .start or the certification is to be done by administrator or any other authorized by him. Where an order has been passed under sub-section: appointing a liquidator of the cooperative society deification is to be done by the liquidator. No officer of multi state cooperative society or an officer under whose .books of multi state cooperative society are deposited after liquidation be compelled to produce any books of the society or any document which be proved under this section. Such officer can also not be compelled to appear as a witness. However the permission of the court or an arbitrator made for a special cause can be compelled to produce documents and to appear as a witness.
